Wedding events will be held at Generations Riviera Maya Resort, which is a family friendly resort. Guest rooms are being held at Generations and the adults only resort next door, El Dorado Casitas Royale. Adult guests have full exchange privileges for all resorts: Generations Riviera Maya, El Dorado Casitas Royale and El Dorado Royale. Anyone under the age of 18 will not be allowed on property at the two El Dorado Resorts. This is a large property and transportation around the resort complex is available for guests if needed or desired.

We are holding inventory for select room categories at El Dorado Casitas Royale and Generations Riviera Maya. Additional room categories can be added into the room block and reserved upon request and availability.

Casita Suite
The Casita Suite is located in a two-story building, boasting stunning views of the surrounding nature. These romantic suites feature a king-sized bed, modern bathroom with a double sink, exclusive Aguas del Amor™ outdoor shower, and a daily stocked minibar. Step out into the spacious balcony and lay on your private double bed to gaze up into the twinkling stars.
Swim-Up Casita Suite
In addition to all the luxuries of the Casita Suite, the Swim-Up Casita Suites feature an exclusive water-mirror and private access to the resort’s lazy river that connects to the main pool and swim-up bar.
Generations Riviera Maya (Family Friendly)
Oceanfront Luxury Suite
These elegant and spacious suites, feature a luxurious king size bed and single sofa bed for the little kids to sleep on at night. This suite is equipped with high tech smart TV’s and a premium minibar and a contemporary bathroom with double sinks and glass enclosed showers.
Booking Airfare
Booking your airfare early is highly recommended. As soon as you find a price that you are happy with, confirm it - DO NOT WAIT. In my experience, I see far too many people pay more for airfare because they waited too long, especially when you are traveling during peak vacation months.
I can add airfare to your travel package with your room and transfers or you can purchase your airfare direct. If you purchase your airfare direct, please send me your flight confirmation so I can set up your airport transfers.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is highly recommended. I will send you a quote for travel insurance through a company called Allianz. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions that you want/need covered under the insurance, you need to purchase the insurance within 2 weeks of your initial deposit. Otherwise, you can purchase the insurance anytime up to 30 days prior to travel.

Deposit and Payment Schedules
Initial deposit to confirm your room: $100 per room (refundable until October 14, 2020)
Final payment due on or before February 15, 2021
Payment Plans
If you would like to set up a payment plan using the same credit card used for deposit, let me know which day of the month to process your payment and how much you would like to pay each month. Otherwise, you can make payments on your balance anytime by emailing me the amount you would like to charge (if using the same credit card) or submitting a payment request form.
Cancellation Policy
Initial deposit up to October 14, 2020: No cancellation fee for room
October 15, 2020-January 14, 2021: Initial deposit is nonrefundable
January 15 - February 14, 2021: Initial deposit is nonrefundable plus $100 per person cancellation fee
February 15, 2021- date of travel: Full penalty
